Return and Refund policy.

For health and safety reasons we do not provide returns or refunds on any of our Hookah products or services.

All sales final.

Hookahs may only be serviced for clients who have a table or bar seating area. Hookahs may not be moved by clients. Your hookah may be moved by staff per request of seating change. In the event staff or Management notice a client is exhibiting disruptive behavior Hookah Bunniez reserves the right to terminate service. If a Hoohah has been damaged or broken a $100 fee will be due at time of service. Client has the option to add mint to any two flavors. 4 tips are included with purchase of a hookah, thereafter 4 for $1. In the event a hoses needs to be replaced it can be purchased for $2. All services will be terminated 15 minutes prior to closing time.
